Today saw one of the busiest days on the program for both MVC and the competition as a whole, with 63 heats of the 50 free to kick the day off! The warm up pool was bursting with sprinters and our MVC representatives Vasi, Karine, Andrew, Alessandro and Alex did the club proud. All swam close to their best and Alessandro did a 0.5 PB. Alex backed up with a strong 100 back and would have made the B final comfortably if not for SA’s minimum 24 competitors rule. Tonight, Harvey closed a 3 second deficit over the final 100 in his 400 IM to take the bronze.
